Need some help getting kids back from cps

cps took my baby fresh 3 days of being born because my wyfe has bipolar . now they have him in a temp foster care im REALLY SCARED that i wont get him back .plus they said that a nurse was ask on how was the bonding status on my son and my wyfe was she said that my wife did'nt want to bond with my baby when was in recovery in hospital. how do they expect that my attend my son with a c-sction and madication that makes her drowzie. And they say she did'nt want to attend the baby. Is'nt thats why they have the nurses for, so when the patient is incapable to take care of the child they step up and take the baby to the nursery. i'm sayin com'on she just had a c-sction who do they think she is .
