This is about the Robert McClendon case in Harris county, Texas. He was wrongfully accused and convicted for a crime he did not commit. Two witnesses were allowed to lie in court over and over again and were never charged with aggravated perjury. The prosecuters knew they were lying and allowed it to happen to convict an innocent man. No other evidence was pesented. There were over 150 discrepencies in testimony and the judge would not stop the trial. This is one of the worst cases of judicial misconduct that you will read about.
