United front against CPS abuse

I am dealing with CPS right at this very moment, I have not done anything wrong, not been convicted of any crime and cps has actually told a few counselors my parental skills is not a issue, my husband was caught with marijuana which he is currently getting a medical licence for it, but they have decided that my children and I go to counseling, I was told if i went to this counselor I would not have to meet with CPS on a monthy basis, WRONG, these departments and those in it are nothing but liars and curruption, I have had it with this group of people who does not care about the well being of the children, nobody called on me except the cops when they busted in my home and trashed it, so this is rediculious that we spend our tax dollars on these programs that ARE NOT keeping families together they are making bank by tearing them apart. Know of any good lawyers who can help me out? I have not been court ordered to take any counseling but i just dont know where to begin letting my voice be heard.
