Need some help getting kids back from cps

Cps took my babies because they said im not smart enough to take care of them!!This is BS!! They were upset because my son didnt have all his shots, and when my 10 month old was born, he had a difault of his heart, and they took him away from me..If you know what I can do to get them back PLEEEEEEZZZ I BEG YOU ..TELL ME.Its been 1 yr now..and they arent home with me.Ive done EVERYTHING nad MORE that they asked..but still they dont give them back..HELP..Thanks
