Were you provided a court appointed attorney? Did he appeal your case? Are you still in trial court? If you have exhausted all other lower courts remedies you can file 'writ petition habeas corpus. If you complied with the case plan, maintained your visitations, the opining court must state the reasons why awarding you custody of your children would put them in imminent danger.
