Boys taken been 7/8 yrs now

My two boys were sent on a visit with their father after our separation (at the time seeking divorce)during their visit he took them to a friend of the family supposedly to watch them ...during this time they both became ill ( fever and earache)as well as a bleeding diaper rash on one and cradle cap (the cradle cap was said to be overactive spore with the youngest one and was an ongoing battle to get rid of) the father was threatened that if he did not take the children to the hospital that they would call CPS on him...so instead of getting them into a Dr. appointment the following day he took them that night.A woman who was an RN or nurse there(now the adoptive mother)could not have children of her own and her husband (now the adoptive father ) was suposedly an Attorny in Porter co. Indiana . The fathers place of residence was in lake county and mine 3 hours away in cass county Indiana....however they ended up in Porter county and were taken from the hospital and placed in temporary foster care.The father had a number that he could have called me and told me what was happening instead but didn't ....funny thing is i had attempted to go and pick up the boys prior to all of this when I received a letter from the people he had left them with who also lived in Porter county saying that they had them and cared for them alot..upon receiving that letter I flew up northern Indiana and found where these people lived to try and pick them up ( I had brought my eldest child; my daughter with me )when i arrived and went in to the apratment they refused to give them to me and even called the law about that time the father came to the apratment and met me outside.When he saw that I had our daughter in the backseat of the car he began taking her out of her car seat .when i asked him what he was doing he said he wated to take her in to say hi t grandma (his Mother who was friends with the people who had the boys she also was inside )I told him repeatedly no to leave her in the car but he took her out anyway and brought her inside can you believe that the police did absolutely nothing about any of this !!! his name wasn't even on her birthcertificate and it took allmost three yrs. before I could even get her back from him...I'll admit i was very nieve and didn't even know how to go about getting a divorce...I have no family or support this whole time.I had attempted to go and seek counsel from Legal Aid out of Indianapolis IN where I received no help because supposedly because of the distance issue. anyway on one attempt to get my daughter back i even showed the police her bith certificate and hw his name was not even on it and still they claimed that it was a civil matter and would not go in and retrieve her.After that my ex moved several times and I lost contact not knowing where my daughter was ...and not knowing what I could do ...and not having the finances to get an attorney . she was 4 geting ready to turn 5 at the time and i finally got her back in 2004. going back to my two boys however ;we went to court and all kinds of false alligations were being made . and of course I did everything the court ordered me to do (parenting classes, psychological test , drug test , visitations with the children weekly) one case worker even said that she did not see wy the children shouldn't be placed back with their mother..but i never did get them ..there was another case worker a man who said i didn't do everything i was supposed to do ...he suddenly was not on the case anymore then we got a woman case worker who even apologizes in court saying to the judge that she got to digging and found everything that i was supposed to do (which i sat and watched the male caseworker make copies of !)what on earth ? why didn't i get my children back? to this day I belive that some foul play was involved ...everything they accused us of having done was then renigged and said that it is possible that the bbys nails had caused the little cuts on his face (instead of having been cut by a razor!!!!) and that it is possible that it was really just a bleeding diaper rash instead of the baby having been burned on his butt by a cigarette?!!! their assumptions and presumptions never proved to be anything yet....still why didn't i get my children back ...we had been told that we could go to jail but never did ...I think they just wanted us to walk away easily...I fought two long hard years for them but by that time when i was having visits i was hearing my little boys calling their foster mother "mommy" I felt that something inside of me died and having only one visit a week ..well they were forgetting who i was.....what OH what can be done about this?? Today I am a licensed minister and also running my own home-based business doing Pre-Paid Legal Serives inc as an associate and manager ; helping others nt to fall prey to the system like i have ...I am even beginning to have success stories where CPS has come in harrassing people trying to take their children and my members have used their memberships and families have been saved !! Praise the Lord!! what can I do ??? i have thought to go back into all this again as painful as it is but all of this has affected my reputation ..not to mention my emotions as well as my little girls sh cries for them still today ...and if i was unfit why didn't they take her too???? please I need to help I know I would like to sue ...but I cannot see ripping them away from the only mom and dad they know it would destroy them traumatize them ...no amount of money could ever take that deep pain of loss..but it would make others aware of this kind of thing going on...and perhaps help the system to be aware they are being watched. please someone if you know what I can do about this please email me God Bless ,Rev Bev
