I'm sueing CPS in texas

cps wont give me my kids back. my kids mom is on drugs & i had a injury to a child 20 year ago iam clean i dont do drugs or drink and i have a good job and place for them & they have 5 brothers. CPS is now makeing me move from calif back to texas where i dont have to do programs & jump though altyp hopes and the cps worker just keeps acting no matter what i do isnt going to be good enough. i need help to save my kids from the system. i pray for HELP
