Hello there Angie. I wish to express my heartfelt sorrow for the emotional pain you are going through. My sugestion to you at the moment ,is to stay the course, Keep documentation in your favor, and also keep a record (paper trail) of the insistance of CPS to refuse to release your children. If you have met all the requirments set down by the court and CPS, then you have fulfilled your duty per the CASE PLAN AGREEMENT ( Their Fancy way of saying a Contract)!! But that is exactly what it is, it is a contract signed by the respective parties to achieve a specific goal. If you have indeed met those those goals, then you have kept you half of the "Contract", and they are obligated to keep their signed agreement. If they fail to keep their promised (court sanctioned)obligation, then they are in BREECH OF CONTRACT. You can request your Atty to Motion for the Immediate Return of Custody to the Parent(s), due to said breech of contract by the opposing party (CPS). I am sure that there was a specified date of completion where you met their demands. Upon that date of compliance your children should have been ordered returned to you. They must be held to that ORDER! Your Attorney Knows This, so make sure he knows that you know and that he needs to get on the ball in order to secure your families right to return to being, and remain a family. P.S. Remember that what they (CPS) are trying to accomplish is the emotional seperation of the Love between you and your children. Keep a very positive relationship with your babies, they will love you even more for having tuffed it out for them, showing the Love you have for them, by perservering. So get your Atty to MOVE!! My prayers for all remain in effect, and all those involved in the corrupted child kidnapping system will be brought to their knees. WE WILL SEE the Judgment of Almighty God UPON THEM, if they repent not of their deeds!
