CPS TEXAS LAWSUIT

I am currently seeking any legal representation to use my evidence gathered to sue CPS and other person's responsible for the illegal removal of my children from my mother-in-laws residence after spouse was released from jail for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge and refused in aiding with the safe return home from which the spouse kidnapped them. All procedures and laws were NOT followed and children are currently in foster care pending a home study for relative foster care on the mother-in-law's home in which they were obtained by Emergency Priority in the first place with no consultation with me regarding how or why.
