Authority and Child Protective Custody

dhs took custody of my 4yr old daughter (3 at the time DHS became involved) The alligations were I endangered the welfare of my shild dueto Parole and Probation officers searching a residence that I was in currently moving out of they found drug parafonelia in the residence and said they were taking temporary custody of my child the child was living with her father at the time due to the fact that I was moving into my new residence and I didnt want my daughter in the residence due to just learing of some prior criminal activities that had occured at the residence prior to my living there at the shelter hearing at DHS in Albany ORegon the father of my child was arrested for a warrant for his arrest a secret inditement he was un aware of so DHS placed child with a foster family now in january child has been placed with great grandmother and I (mother) have abided by the requirements of Linn C.O Alcohol and drug and now am being reffered to inpatient rehab with no just cause and my court appointed attorney (Mark Taleff) will not contest any of DhS requests witch I have asked him to I am not being represented at all in my opinion April 28 th is the 1 year date for termination of parental rights I need advice or anythingI can get A.S.A.P DHS is expecting me to enter in patient rehab at crossroades in Roseburge OR today(3-21-05) thankyou for your time
