 Let My Children Go !

Andre L. Noel is the owner and editor of this web site and has seen multiple heart-wrenching situations where the public social services agency workers have taken children from their families very inappropriately, causing severe damage to the children and thier families. These situations are well documented and it is very clear that they were done unlawfully in multiple ways. It is his hope to repair this system to provide protection for those children in need and prevent unnecessary harm.

He may be contacted from this link.  Please note that he is unable to spend much time with these concerns at this time.

[ Editor's Note: Guy Oddo was convicted of several serious charges by a jury of 12 in Klamath County Oregon on July 24th 2003. He was sentenced to 8 years, the minimum allowed. Further details will be coming to this web site. -Andre L Noel ]

Sybil, Michelle, and Guy Guy M. Oddo:   Guy Oddo was born in Castro Valley, California; Sybil Archer was born in Lodi, California. We met for the first time in 1996 as Guy used to transport Sybil's adopted aunt Josie to the grocery store occasionally. In August of 97 Guy and Sybil became close friends, and then at the end of August Guy asked Sybil if she would like to go to the Butte County Fair (which Mr. Oddo had attended for the previous four years). Sybil expressed her feelings to Guy and on the following month of September on the 25th (which was also their birthdays) they married in a private ceremony atop Bald Rock in Berry Creek, California (an ancient Yahi Indian Ceremonial Ground). The following year Sybil gave birth to their first born, Jennifer Ellen, and as she was going into labor an ambulance was called to the residence, Member of American Family Rights Association but by the time the ambulance arrived Sybil had already delivered by herself. The birth date was October 16th 1998.

Children's Protective Services was called by the hospital staff because it was a "Home Birth". Two days later CPS laid claim to the baby and placed her with a Butte County Deputy Sheriff and his wife (foster parents), They could not have children of their own, and when CPS was done the Deputy and his wife had succeeded in adopting the daughter CPS had abducted from Guy and Sybil... They moved from Oroville to Sprague River in the hopes that they would be able to have a peaceful life without the intrusion of a corrupted system bent on destroying Families for profit/paychecks. But due to a busy body/nosey (vile/evil) nothing better to do neighbor; SOSCF was called out to their home/property one month after their second daughter Michelle Ileah was born. They (SOSCF) saw that there was nothing to get up about and left, but two days later returned and kidnapped Michelle. They said that she was 'under a threat of harm', even though she was in perfect health. This is their story (read case history) like so many other families devestated and/or destroyed by a System-Out-Of-Control.
